Iron Maiden is a "Shamanic band" of infinite Truths and love and light. That nobody else can see and understand. Only UNLESS you have Become " it " and totally transformed yourself to infinite Truths of Soul and Spirit in higher dimensions of consciousness can you possibly ever totally understand the beauty of Iron Maiden. Because, "If it's not Shamanic, it's not Organic. " Not many people have the ability to understand Iron Maiden, as most people live in the lies of duality of good and evil of the mind and are just walking "reactions", and lack the consciousness. But, Iron Maiden = Easily the greatest Heavy Metal band in music history.
No band writes such depth in their lyrics of the overall human condition with such intelligence & wisdom, bringing light, combined with such beautiful depth, grace, and power in their music. Absolute masters of their craft and creativity. They are untouchable. All you have to do is read Bruce's published books to see these guys have tons of direct Spiritual experiences. These guys know truth and fully know and see right through the lies of society's game, and they see right through all the lies of Religion (and when I say religion I am talking about the lies churches teach, not true Spirituality, as spirituality and religion are nothing alike). Maiden is so much better than Metallica in so many ways. Much better musicians, better singer, far better songwriting. Much more melodic. More "pure" energy. Have almost twice the albums of Metallica, far more longevity and have so many more great songs, and Maiden never wrote a bad album ( you could say they had a sub-par album in the 90's, but remember that was with half the band missing doing their solo stuff).
Metallica never really had much to say, while Maiden has so much to say that allow you to really question so many things. Maiden never sold out by producing garbage albums like Metallica's St Anger to appease popularity and the current music "trends" of society, that always pass away, are totally meaningless, and are fake anyways., And you definitely won't see Iron Maiden prostituting themselves in silly reality TV shows like Metallica and KISS have done for years. It's just not Maiden's style.
They have absolutely no interest in being "celebrities", or any gossip/drama. Drawing attention away from them because as they said, the music is about much more than them. Which is why they have a mascot "Eddie" on their album covers, so people focus on Eddie and not the "images" of the band members. Having Eddie (which is just a representation of the blind ego-based mind) leaves them alone to be themselves and they don't have to have any fake image of being "rock stars". As Bruce once said, We can continue making music when we're old and ugly and just slap Eddie on the album cover and nobody will mind. And it is brilliant. Inner light doesn't need the spotlight.
Maiden always stayed true and original. Always timeless. Eternal. Nobody sounds like them and nobody ever will. Nobody will again write such important and complete concept albums with such atmosphere like Somewhere in Time and Seventh Son, with that super high-level musicianship and genius bass and guitar work (and no band introduced synthesizers into their music with such seamless genius as Maiden did on those 2 albums),, as the concepts of those albums are vital to every human being and Spirit- realizing the illusion of time, and seventh's son concept of realizing the illusion of duality,.
The beauty and truths of 1984's " Powerslave" album with it's beautiful egyptian theme, and the striking messages that are right in the title track itself (Powerslave). How humans are slaves to death (in other words, slaves to the illusions of Time), therefore slaves to needing power or any control or judgment, the cause of all our deep inner separations, our greed and selfishness and total blindness, because of the Ego false-self.
All of our problems come from our absolute stupidity of fear of death, as humans are totally separated from Truths of Spirit and Soul. The more one fears death, the more one is fearful of life and fearful of fully receiving and giving love. Truth is always paradoxical, as at the speed of light there is no time, it's the Eternal Now of presence. In other words no duality of Good and evil, but only "unity" consciousness of light of the infinite Oneness of the Universe, as you are the Universe ( it's not a coincidence that Maiden's new album has a song titled "Speed of Light").
And it's not a coincidence that "Somewhere in Time" was their next album after they produced one of the greatest heavy metal albums of all-time - Powerslave. And who else in heavy metal at the time had the courage to write long 14-minute masterpieces like Iron Maiden's "Rime of the Ancient Mariner" to close out an album?? The answer is nobody else, only Maiden, because it was unheard of before that. And their new album, they just wrote an 18-minute masterpiece to close that album with most of the band over 60. Again, Integrity. Nobody else had a 7-album run like Maiden's first 7 albums. Some bands may put out a couple nice albums in their prime and whisper away into the night, but Maiden put together 7 fantastic albums in a row. And the fact they put out so much great material of those 7 monumental albums in just an 8 year span is unfathomable. Magical.
They don't write about meaningless sleaze as other bands do, with the exception of the song "22 Acacia Avenue" in their early days (although the end of that song does have a positive message), and the band said they regretted it, and why they very rarely play it live, even though it is a very good song and fans always ask them to play it live. Speaking of Live, their live albums are excellent. You simply cannot find bands with live albums that can approach Maidens live recordings, and in ways better than the studio albums, and that speaks volumes.
And at 60 years of age and 40 years into their careers, they are still pumping out great new material. Unlike Metallica where their last 4 albums they were just looking for something to click with no purpose or direction, just poking around aimlessly, it's blatantly obvious. Just 15 years into Metallica's career they were long done producing shameful music with albums like Reload and St Anger. While Maiden, always progressing itself, yet staying true to their form and originality at the same time, 20+ years into their careers came out with a very good album 'Brave New World' . The band quietly laughing at anyone who thought they were done, with a nice tip of the hat to the legendary psychedelic medicine visionary Aldous Huxley. Many songs on that album like "Dream of Mirrors", and "Ghost of the Navigator" that Metallica can't touch.
If you want to see what a fraud Metallica has always been, a simple search for Grunge "Metallica's shadiest secrets" will do the trick.
And years later, Iron Maiden 25 to 35 years into their careers wrote and produced so many great songs like "The Nomad", " Dance of Death", "The Red and the Black, "The Talisman", "If Eternity should fail", The Man who would be King", "Paschendale", "Brighter than a Thousands Suns", "The Reincarnation of Benjamin Breeg", "Lord of Light, Isle of Avalon", "The Legacy", "The Longest Day", "Montsegur", "Starblind"", "Out of the Shadows", "The Book of Souls", "Journeyman (and Journeyman being my personal Ayahuasca journey tribute song :-)" .... "Rainmaker", "Coming Home", "For the Greater Good of God", just to name a few songs that Metallica hasn't come close to achieving in their mid to later years. Cliff Burton was the heart of Metallica and by far their best and most talented musician. Burton was to Metallica what Steve Harris is to Iron Maiden. Steve Harris is widely considered to be the best heavy metal bassist of all-time, and if Burton were still alive, he'd be right there with Harris, that's how good Burton was.
Nobody in Metallica comes close to Burton's immense talent he had as a musician. When Burton passed away in 1986 Metallica went downhill as they lost their true backbone and juice. And they replaced him with mere hired guns to control, just a hired body to fill in, not to have as a real contributor. But let's face it, a major part of Metallica's popularity is just because of the label that they are an 'american band'.
Metallica is always covering Maiden songs in their concerts, and they've played multiple Maiden songs in their concerts as Metallica was influenced by Iron Maiden (All you have to hear is Lars Ulrich grovel at Iron Maiden like a lost puppy during Maidens 2008 tour) . But you don't see Maiden covering Metallica songs because Maiden IS Maiden.
Even if you split the band members into doing solo work, James Hetfield couldn't come close to writing such a beautiful solo album for himself as Bruce did with "The Chemical Wedding", and what a masterpiece album that is. Why don't more people know about Bruce's solo work? who knows, but people are missing out. One thing is for sure, there is so much more love and MYSTERY in Iron Maiden's music. And so much more meaning. And they always truly progressed.
Not many people understand the deep Spiritual meanings in Iron Maiden's music, or understand the full concepts of their albums because they're quite deep, mysterious, wondrous, and absolutely magnificent. But once you grow Spiritually to higher levels of Consciousness, Maiden can bring you to weeping tears with their beauty and Truths in their music. Metallica doesn't have that depth, beauty, or power.
Real Power is so much more than just playing fast and heavy. Iron Maiden is so much more than just a great heavy metal band, Maiden is much more than the music. Maiden's "Piece of Mind" album cover from 1983 tells you everything. Eddie is nothing more than a metaphorical representation of the Ego mind, as who the person thinks they are and all their beliefs are total PRISONS. The mind knows nothing. That's why christians are the most aggressive to any ideas of going deep within via the sacred divine power plants like Ayahuasca, because christians have the most darkness within them, the most lies within them, the most self hatred within them, the most hostility within them, the most hells within them. Hence why nobody sees this magical mother earth darker than christians do, as it's only a reflection of the darkness within them.
There is no time in the heavenly realms. Eternity is always the infinite NOW. Not in the future as the blind ego mind thinks. Beliefs (something) is armor, and is not allowed in the heavens.
Your beliefs ( no matter what they are) are exactly what your demons are. And christians have the darkest beliefs, as nothing is darker than christian ideologies, so obviously christians are the darkest. Its not rocket science, just look around at christian demons always threatening other people with " THE End is Near !!". Always fear monger people with Hell, the devil will get you , and threatening people with the illusion of time. LOL !!
If you cannot see that christianity is the darkest and most disgusting ideologies in the infinite Universe, then my friend, you have tons and tons of hard inner work you need to do and face with Ayahuasca. Christians threaten people with hell the most because christians have the most hells and darkness within them, which is why nobody sees this magical Mother Earth darker than christians do. Truth is Always paradoxical.
Again, your beliefs are exactly what your demons are, as beliefs are Armor/darkness/Control. And the infinite heavenly realms it's infinite Nakedness ( no masks/armor/beliefs/control are allowed). Heavy Metal and Rock music started out as being the "REBEL" music of society and birthed during the psychedelic (sacred divine plants) era of the 1960's. As EVERYTHING in human society is a LIE (even your American holidays are ALL totally fake man-made lies, as humans are stupid enough to believe christmas has something to do with a persons birthday, search "America's occult holidays" to see the total sham of it all)..
And since Rock music and Heavy Metal is the Rebel of society, and EVERYTHING in Human western society is a LIE, then OBVIOUSLY there will be far FAR more Truths in Heavy Metal. Rock N' Roll and Heavy Metal music is absolutely LOADED with infinite Spiritual Truths that the ego-based mind is afraid to see and afraid to understand.
There is NO genre of music on the planet that "ASKS" so many deep questions as heavy metal and rock music. And that's why christian idiots have to label it as "evil" , as they have absolutely no answers to anything, therefore they HATE any deep questions ! Because they hate themselves.
Listen to rock bands that speak about the illusion of time, and alchemy of sacred divine plants,
And speak also your divine 7-chakras in their songs. As well as talking about the countless lies of the "I" as who you think you are is total illusion (just as Corrosion of conformity does so well through their discography). Those 4 things are vital, and when you do you will find beautiful Spiritual music from bands like Iron Maiden, Blind Guardian, Death, Testament, Epica, Amenra, Isis, Dio, Neurosis (very special band !!), and Tool, Black Sabbath, and Queensryche (and many more), as well as softer magical bands like Pink Floyd and Neil Young etc, that is speaking to Soul (not the ego-mind) ;-) . Fake 'party" bands like the Van Halen and the AC/DC of the world cannot touch these bands.
And stay away from "Nu metal" bands and 'commercial bands like the Limp Bizkit's of the world and the Papa Roach's of the world. It's total society garbage about the blind ego-mind, or about labeling and blaming (like pathetic pop divas and Eminem who are always labeling and blaming in stupidity of victim consciousness), and "victim consciousness" nonsense that doesn't serve you in any way.
A band like Blind Guardian for example is loaded with beautiful Spiritual truths in their music catalog. It's very deep so you have to look beyond what people tell you what the songs mean. Don't follow "labels" of what other people say the songs mean as the mind can only label things at the surface of images and is blind, as these songs all mean YOU in many deep ways that the left-brain thinking ego mind of thought cannot see or understand.
In one of my Ayahuasca ceremonies after total surrender of the ego as I surpassed the illusions of death, eye was given the sword of light from the Universe. The sword of Light came through me in magical beauty as I was downloaded massive amounts of knowledge love and wisdom through my heart chakra. This magical sword is far beyond how you see a sword in a picture in the illusions of images as this sword is multi-dimensional as I became "one" with the sword, the sword was me and I was the sword, as ONE in infinite beauty and magic in the 5th dimension of Consciousness. The sword of Light is only to be used for love and light and becoming in full awareness of my Soul purposes and missions on this planet to help awaken humanity out of the countless illusions of human society. Not a sword that can ever be used to harm anyone or anything.
And through that experience I was taken back to Blind Guardian "Somewhere Far Beyond" album that I listened to as a young man in the early 1990's, and Mother Ayahuasca showed me that Blind Guardian album cover and she said to me: " You see Robert, You have always been one of the chosen ones of Light, and you will always be one of the chosen ones of Light" and she showed me what a sword really means (that has absolutely nothing to do with what silly humans think a sword means as the blind human mind takes everything beautiful and sacred and twists it in countless lies)..
Blind Guardian's "Somewhere Far Beyond" album cover is an Ayahuasca circle, with the Shaman playing Ayahuasca icaros at the top through some kind of flute in the shape of an Ayahuasca vine on his chest, the flute at the bottom pointing to the light at the center of the circle. And he's elevated above everyone else sitting on a stool and wearing a crown (not just a hood like the others). And he also has a condor sitting on his shoulder (the highest flying bird that also has the ability to shift between Spiritual dimensions). In Ayahuasca art you will see the condor depicted quite often, and for infinite good reasons. Ayahuasca is the oldest and purest, and is by far the most effective form of Spiritual practice on the planet. Nothing could be more obvious as you listen to that album ;-)
I so clearly remember as a child listening to heavy metal during the 1980's, & entire worlds opened up for me, bands such as Iron Maiden, Testament, Sabbath, Dio, and other great bands such as Death and Queensryche ( "Roads To Madness" by Queensryche for example is an Eternal Spiritual Truths classic), etc. A little later on in the early 1990's I got into the beauty of Blind Guardian with their beautiful album 'Somewhere Far Beyond". So many beautiful things that fake bands like AC/DC could never come close to offering. I never understood when people would tell me that Heavy Metal music is far too heavy to get into and too overwhelming. I always laughed, since I was a child, how people would tell me that this isn't music, but only loud cannons firing.
I ALWAYS laughed as they tried so hard to sway me, but could never sway me an inch. From family members to friends to pathetic pastors in churches (and let me tell you that you will NEVER find more fake people on the planet than fear-monger pastors and priests in churches), as nobody hates our beautiful Mother Earth and Nature and divides people's more with hatred than pastors in churches, and they mostly hate themselves. And I never once cared for their blind and pathetic opinions, I always laughed hysterically inside. I always laughed hysterically how they couldn't "get it." . Because to me, when listening to heavy metal, it was always a blissful sweet symphony of beauty !!
For me, it was always so soft, and wonderful, so welcoming, and Magical !! I feel so sorry for the humans that have no capability to ever understand the beauty of real heavy metal music, because heavy metal has so many beautiful Spiritual messages from the infinite Universe that the blind ego-based mind of duality is afraid to see, and afraid to understand.
Mother Ayahuasca showed me in infinite ways how Heavy Metal music was so vital and so beautiful in so many magical ways for my Spiritual growth. And this magical band of beauty, Blind Guardian, was absolutely Massive and monumental for my Spiritual journey of the Universe of be-ing and infinite truths of beauty of Light and Spirit. ;-) .. Mother Ayahuasca showed me how my Soul always chose the right bands and the right music, far beyond my mind. Intuitively I knew it all along... but my goodness Mother Ayahuasca showed me so many deep Spiritual truths in deeper ways of infinite understandings of Spirit, that the blind ego-mind that lives in the illusion of time and the illusions of duality, is totally incapable of understanding.
Blind Guardian is a very special and very blessed band that the infinite multi-dimensional Universe of Spirit respects and holds very highly. Be in full Gratitude as the infinite Universe of Spirit is speaking to you very deeply through these amazing songs and true Art . Not just Blind Guardian but Iron Maiden , Neurosis, Dio , DEATH. Testament. Black Sabbath, Epica, Amenra, Corrosion of Conformity, ISIS, Tool, Pink Floyd, as well as many others like Queensryche (Geoff Tate of Queensryche sat with Mother Ayahuasca for example, I spoke to him on facebook extensively about Ayahuasca) and a lot of other great bands have as well. You just won't find them on mainstream radio, you have to dig more. As your fake government owned media ( Tell- LIE - Vision) will never tell you these beautiful things.
Eye am so grateful to the infinite enchanted multi-dimensional Universe for having the priceless experiences of growing up in the 1980's !! Infinite endless eternal GRATITUDE !
