Donald Trump & Evangelicals

 Donald Trump is literally a physical embodiment of every deadly sin. 
Greed- He covets wealth and clout above all else. 
Envy- Anytime someone else gets attention, recognition, etc he becomes infuriated and desires it himself although unearned. 
Wrath- Speaking of fury, his fuse is apparently the size of his mushroom, small and filled with hate. He threatens violence as a means to problem solve. 
Lust- He attempts to scatter spores from his mushroom wherever he can. 
Sloth- The man literally believes he has a finite amount of "juice" like a battery and therefore must remain inactive. Result- incredibly unhealthy. 
Gluttony- Fast food fancy feast...Enough said. 
Pride- Last but not least, he genuinely believes he is the most important thing/person on this earth. Telling him differently will often result in more wrath.

These evangelical preacher clowns always like to present themselves as legitimate message bearers from an alleged God.
An all powerful, omnipotent, do anything kinda guy that according to them slapped the universe together over a period of 144 hours a few thousand years ago.
This same God apparently needs them to protect Trump ! 
From what the free will of voters disgusted by this President and administration ? The legal process ? itinerant egg throwers ?
Surely this alleged God can handle that stuff without raising a sweat.
Maybe these self anointed paragons of righteousness  feel sympathetic toward Trump because so many from the ranks of evangelical mouthpieces like Ralph Reed wind up in court, prison or being removed from their thrones for the same things currently dogging Trump.

You might be an Evangelical Christian if you vigorously deny the existence of thousands of gods claimed by other religions, but feel outraged when someone denies the existence of yours.
You feel insulted and "dehumanized" when scientists say that people evolved from other life forms, but you have no problem with the Biblical claim that we were created from dirt.
You laugh at polytheists, but you have no problem believing in a Triune God--actually, you're an "American Christian" you've got no idea what a Triune God is. 
Your face turns purple when you hear of the "atrocities" attributed to Allah, but you don't even flinch when hearing about how God/Jehovah slaughtered all the babies of Egypt in "Exodus" and ordered the elimination of entire ethnic groups in "Joshua" including women, children, and orders his followers to slaughter anyone who doesn't believe in him. You laugh at Hindu beliefs that deify humans, and Greek claims about gods sleeping with women, but you have no problem believing in an all omnipotent being who raped a virgin woman, who then gave birth to a man-god, who is both his son and himself simultaneously, who then was murdered, thanks to this God's "chosen people", came back to life and then ascended into a sky palace, where he passes judgment onto people for baking cakes but absolves his followers of greed, gluttony, lying, adultery, divorce and refusing to help the poor, sick, elderly and refugees. 
You are willing to spend your life looking for little loopholes in the scientifically established age of Earth (few billion years), but you find nothing wrong with believing dates recorded by Bronze Age tribesmen who barely discovered how to harness fire and were confused as to where the sun went at night, sitting in their tents and guessing that Earth is a few generations old.
You believe that the entire population of this planet with the exception of those who share your beliefs -- though excluding those in all rival sects - will spend Eternity in an infinite Hell of Suffering because they sin differently than the way YOU personally sin and then subsequently absolve your self of. And yet consider your religion the most "tolerant" and "loving."
While modern science, history, geology, biology, and physics have failed to convince you otherwise, some idiot rolling around on the floor speaking in "tongues" may be all the evidence you need to "prove" your beliefs and then are outraged when others don't take these "tongues" to be factual or evidential.
You actually know a lot less than many atheists and agnostics do about the Bible, Christianity, and church history - but still call yourself a "Christian" because the aforementioned groups look at the book as a whole including all its faults rather than cherry pick those concepts that fit their agenda and blatantly ignore those that do not. You foam at the mouth desperate to spew your rhetoric the moment you hear the word "abortion" yet refuse to help refugee children fleeing from a civil war they have no control over and actively promote capital punishment. Either life is precious or it is not. There is no gray area where those people over there, because they weren't born here, aren't worthy of protection, only those born within a specific geographic location are sanctified everyone else is expendable. You insist we're a "Christian nation" and then do everything you can to avoid everything Christ stood for: help the poor, sick, tired, loathed, criminals, wretched, disenfranchised and refugees. You vehemently defend the "sanctity of traditional biblical marriage" yet glorify a man with 5 kids from 3 separate adulterous relationships who proclaims his right as a man to, without permission, grab a woman by her pussy because he can.

Religion is a man-made concept, therefore is inherently flawed and has no relationship to the belief in God. It's terrible and difficult for people who believe in God and have read the bible to explain the religious right is, in fact, a scam. Free will is a thing. No God before me is the number 1 mandate so anyone saying you have to bow down to that idiot in the white house is a liar and a fraud full stop.
Religion is a business. Jesus never had a religion he just showed us how to be a good person he never ask money he even provide food for his flock he heal people for free these religions wants you to go to church so they can collect your money. Its all about money
At it's core, Christianity is about love, mercy, non-judgment, and help for the poor. Trump's value system (if he even has one) is basically the opposite of those laws. The Republicans high-jacked religion in the 80's for their own political gain; they brainwashed the Christian community and made them forget about Jesus's core values. We need to take religion back. It's a progressive ideology that harms no one and helps many. We shouldn't make a world in which no decent person can be religious because it's so deeply associated with these evil conservative policies
Maybe Evangelicals should think about how they will be judged by the God, they claim they represent when they leave this life.
If there is a hell, I think it will be safe to say that republicans will get their own very large corner of it.
To claim they think they know  what God wants, if there is a God, is pretty hilarious in itself but just displays Evangelicals as the dumbest group of humans on the planet
