So damn proud of Governor Whitmer on her win. We have some fantastic women leaders here in Michigan. Joslyn Benson won reelection for Secretary of State, Dana Nessel for Attorney General, Elissa Slotkin for Congress. Not to mention, ALL 3 of the proposals passed also. Prop 3 was to protect abortion rights. I'm beyond happy with the results and that Michiganders showed up and said NO MORE! We're done with having men and ignorant women telling us what we can or can't do with our bodies.

Thank you, God. Tudor Dixon would have been an utter disaster and would be a major setback for our state. Congratulations Governor Whitmer!

So proud of Michigan today! Passed all of our major props, so women's rights live another day. Voter rights were also saved. This woman mark my words, will become the first woman to be voted in as President of the United States

Gretchen Whitmer came back from almost being a kidnapping victim to being the now re-elected governor of Michigan. Talk about a success story.

Glad she's going back to the senate after months and a year back of death threats from MAGA and Nimrods that try to undermine her re election. Great job Gretchen I hope Democracy can come swinging if Demos can take the senate. BRAVA, GOVERNOR WHITMER! So happy you have been re-elected. Things will still be difficult but you have a great ally in Mallory McMorrow and your sister Dems in the Legislature. Happy 2023, Governor! Right on!! One less position in government held by a lunatic grifter. That's right, every MAGA candidate is nothing but trouble. Way to go Michigan!! Stay safe Ms. Governor. Even though Fox News seems to think right wing violence is funny, the rest of us know better.

For looks, charm and intelligence Whitmer blows Lake out of the water! 

Gretchen Whitmer was the big winner of the night. DeSantis won and his party swept because of his illegally gerrymandered congressional map. 

Whitmer destroyed that payday candy bar Tudor Dixon, nutty and salty. But not only did she win big she took both houses of the state legislature. Understanding how Michigan demographics works plus the extra gerrymandering by Republicans this was an epic win. For the first time in 45 years MI has a Democrat in the Governor's office, and controls both the house and Senate and quietly took the State Supreme Court. Democracy won and sanity won!!

Thank you Gretchen and thank you Donald Trump for pushing people who are as crazy as you are!!
