Local Musicians & Management
Local musicians and bands need to be managed properly. It is all fun and games doing DIY shows but if you want to watch a well organized show, it has to have people behind the scenes who are well versed into a setting up a show whether it is in a small club or a bigger music venue. Too many bands are getting their friends to setup a show, someone has to act like a road crew to tune the instruments and another person who has zero experience in being a sound man. I do not know if they are trying to cultivate an image for themselves or if they are looking for record label people to sign them, majority of the time they are always 100% of the time act they are some kind of big shot band that people should respect. Local bands and musicians need to get in touch with a professionally run agency to help them out with touring, studio time, merchandise and finances. They spend a lot of the time whining, pissing and complaining why they have not hit the 'big time', no one has ever hold them that it is imperative to be working hard and being disciplined. Kids whine and complain but not 18-35 year old 'adults' more and less than nothing but fucking overgrown kids LARPing in an adult costume, nothing more than a fucking insult to actual hard working and far beyond driven musicians who spill their guts out on the stage and in the studio.
For me it just feels tiresome seeing that attitude being put on public display especially in a small town club. Local solo musicians also have a sense of entitlement when they think they know everything when in turn they do not do their homework and research. They never want to do a local gig unless their own fucking name is done in big bright shiny letters, and they never want to play with other people, it does not cost much to work with smaller musicians, at least it will give them leeway into playing bigger venues. They always act like they have been signed by a record label when in reality they have not. Local bands and musicians are complacent and lazy because they only want the sex, drugs and rock and roll lifestyle, they do not want to put in the hard work because they know they are living the easy life but in reality no one does not care about their music. They also abuse the local music scene by not letting other people have their voice heard and that everyone should bow down to their fucking narcissism.
The worst people are these hip hop and DJ 'musicians', they have the worst traits a human being can ever possibly have. Entitlement, vanity and asshole behaviour, a sickening trifecta of the lowest social decorum on the face of planet Earth.
No I do not care if you have a manager or not, who the fuck do you think you are running your gums thinking you invented music and that people should listen to you like you are some kind of God.
You barely have talent and you want to have all of the perks of celebrity treatment from people, you want people to shine your shoes for you, get your fucking food for you and run around after you like you are some kind of fucking overgrown child. Next thing you will be doing is getting someone to be the Lord Of The Stool so that they can wipe your fucking ass.

You look down on other musicians who have done their parts the hard way whether it is done through college and university and your big dickhead shot behaviour is annoying and infuriating, fuck you very much for ruining the creativity and discipline of well trained and well heeled musicians
The only mantle you will carry around in your fucking useless life is recycled, digitally-sampled techno-grooves, quasi-synth rhythms, pseudo-songs of violence-laden gangsta-rap, acid pop, and simpering, saccharine, soulless slush.
You do not hold a candle to Blues, real R&B and Soul and you do not carry the legacies of Robert Johnson, Muddy Waters, Willie Dixon, Jimmy Reed, Memphis Slim, Blind Boy Fuller, Louie Jordan, Little Walter, Big Walter, Sonny Boy Williamson I and II, Otis Redding, Jackie Wilson, Elvis Presley, Leiber and Stoller, and Robert K. Weiss. No pharmaceutical product could ever equal the rush that gets when the band hits that groove; the people are dancing and shouting and swaying and the house is rocking. The backbone and the nerve center of a great rhythm and blues band is exactly that, which makes music live, breathe and jump again
The Bullying Of Neurophysiological Musicians
The reason why I like to play music is because it gives me the need to express myself. I love listening to all kinds of music because it trains my ears to know which chord and note is which. I have Aspergers which makes things difficult for me and often at times I do not understand people most of the time because the signals that they give is hard to see. There at a times where I exhibit great frustration and fear much to my dismay. One plays music to be happy and creative, not to have fame and fortune. I am hoping to become a guitar teacher because nowadays music has lost its fighting spirit and people need a kick up the backside again to play a musical instrument. I also play in a band which I formed some years ago because I wanted to express myself in front of people and also I want to have the enjoyment of playing on a stage. I have played on open mike nights which has led me into the world of playing live music which I still enjoy thoroughly. I have a love of playing guitar, I also play the bass guitar, drums, acoustic guitar, electroacoustic guitar and an odd interpretation of playing the piano/keyboard. My favourite music is Heavy Metal however I am open to other genres such as classical and world music, jazz, spoken word, new wave, instrumental, blues and then there is some opera lurking around in the background.
I have been getting better at playing guitar and I have become a smarter lyricist to match. I play how I feel, I want my guitar to sound a different way, I want to play how I want to play. If I did the same thing over and over again I will get bored. I will follow the chord progressions and the performance down to the letter
Lyric writing helps in a way to deal with the aggravation has come into my daily life. Reading and research helps me to understand where things come from and why it should be made relevant even it has become irrelevant. Music should always be about creativity and not competition. No one would care if one played guitar or any instruments like an Olympic level athlete. Instruments should be a source of fun, of course things such as chord progressions and scales should be learnt but playing an instrument whether in a band or solo should be for enjoyment, one does not play in a band for competition but for fun of expressing oneself through an instrument.
The thing I hate the most is when able bodied musicians at their expense love to make fun of neurophysiological musicians. They do not show any empathy or sympathy and they love to bully and put down musicians with disabilities. They have the audacity to treat auditions like the X Factor or Britain's Got Talent, and they do not email and send any tabs or chords or music for participants to learn and to get a place into a band, what is the fucking point of making life difficult for other people.
They are contradictory, they will get someone to audition for their band and then kick them out within five minutes. What is the point of auditioning someone and then kicking them to the curb when the band have poor listening skills, poor playing skills, bad attitude and entitlement. They get so precious if someone has a different point of view and does not follow the sheep.
They act they are signed on a record label which is absolutely false and they spend most of the audition time bullying and bullying neurophysiological musicians, what can be said when these fuckheads act like overgrown children if things do not go their own away, why do they always want the final say in everything, why cannot a participant have a word about how they are feeling about the band.
They do not even want to give a participant a small job such as uploading their music to a website and maybe opening a door for another audition to playing at a live music venue
They want to play music to bully other people, to make themselves look superior despite very poor insecurities but they do not want to do the hard work, They will upload music onto one site and think they have 'made it' when one music site is only the tip of the iceberg. Nowadays they have become complacent and lazy because they know it is so hard for them to upload music to different musical websites sites because it requires hard work and diligence. They rely on programming too much then when it's time to find a drummer/bassist/guitarist, it is time to treat them like shit even if they record themselves playing their instruments and then be treated like a joke when someone has spent the time recording themselves to play with their band. Even if they wound up with a management deal sooner or later things will screw up for them and they will have no one to blame but themselves like the whiny motherfuckers that they will always remain. I don't know what it is, arrogance or foolishness. How do these people even think they will get away with such atrocious behaviour!
They love to rush people around and not give anyone breathing space to get into the groove of playing music. They never leave room and open space for a guitar,bass and drum part to come in, whether as an introduction, middle and conclusion of a song, its just blitzkrieg a song and ruin an audition, no fucking care and no fucking lack of awareness.
They cannot fucking understand that they are the real failures not the neurophysiological musicians. These bozos spend more time preening and pretending to be a musician than actually spending time practicing on an instrument, nothing more than lazy hacks who sleepwalk into a situation they have created and put the blame on other people. Neurophysiological musicians are the scapegoat to these fucking clowns, they cannot put themselves into the shoes of someone who has autism, dyslexia and dyspraxia. Everything to them is a power play game and a kangaroo court of one upmanship order.
The neurophysiological musician is put on trial and treated like a criminal because of the bully musicians shortcomings. Instead of putting people down these cocksuckers love to treat people around them like shit, they love to throw around, demean and disenfranchise other people if their needs are not met and people need to be there for their beck and call.
They want people to be their servants and live a life of servitude, if things were going they want it to, but instead they resort to name calling and bullying to make themselves the bigger men when they are nothing more than weak, cocksucking, no good monkey shit eating, cumguzzling anal wart, yellow bellied chicken shit bawbag shit weasel, twatwaffle cunts. They cannot accept people who are different mentally and physically and love to exploit neurophysiological musicians with put downs and band kick outs because they do not fit an image that they have cultivated. The refusal to apologise for hurt and harm that is/was caused is extremely poor, because it shows that they show no remorse to people that they have caused hurt and pain this is bullying of the worst fucking kind, if this shit happened in an office work space they would be reprimanded and fired on the spot, they never want to be held accountable for their actions because in their mind they are right about everything and everyone else is wrong. In psychological studies this behaviour is under the term of a narcissistic psychopath. It is more damaging to the victims because they have to live a life feeling they did wrong and want to give up either living a lifetime of depression which not only destroys them physically but also mentally. The victims do become withdrawn from everything because the bully musicians want to run and ruin them to the ground, creating trauma and suicidal thoughts.
Neurophysiological musicians should not be bullied by these people, bully musicians should not get any rewards for their narco psycho behaviour. Society should never reward bad behaviour
While anger and hate are two things some people can cope with, I cannot.
My anger and hate grow to a level that I cannot live comfortably with it.

I don't believe in the hypocritical, moralistic dogma of this so-called civilized society you maggots make me sick! I have been in two positions where these kinds of incidents have happened, and it always leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. I want to play music because it helps me out and the music which has moved mankind through seven decades leading to the millennium will not and never will wither and die on the vine of abandonment and neglect as long as there is a guitar, bass and drums within my hands.
